Music Program At Holy Trinity

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come
before his presence with singing. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him
with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbre! and dance: praise him with
stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon
the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD.

Psalm 100 & 150

Music has been a part of worship since before Christ. It was Christ who sang a hymn with his disciples the night before he was crucified. Palestrina, Bach, Mendelssohn, Stanford, Vaughan Williams, Holst, Rutter - Men & Boys Choir ... What a history! Holy Trinity is blessed with volunteers to carry on this great tradition. We all enjoy their contributions to our 10:30 AM service. We always welcome additional participants.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir, directed by David Spitko, Interim Director of Music, offers up to God vocal music from across the centuries - from the Renaissance to contemporary.  Generally, the choir sings at least one anthem a week.  While the ability to carry a tune and hear a pitch is required, there is no audition.  Rehearsals are Thursday nights from 7:30 to 9:30 PM and Sundays from 9:30 AM to the church service.

Children's Choir

The Children's Choir, directed by Rosalie Jerrehian, is comprised of children (of both sexes) from first through sixth grade who present an anthem every 4 - 6 weeks. The Children's Choir rehearses from 9:00 to 9:30 AM each Sunday before Sunday School.

Sunday Service Music Program

On the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of each month, from 10:30 to approximately 11:00 AM, Dan Williams works with any child that shows up in the fellowship hall to introduce them to basic concepts of music, prepare them for participation in music during the church service - and have a lot of fun doing it! The kids love Dan!

Handbell Choir

How wonderful are the sound of bells in the church?!? This is because of the tireless effort of Elaine Cumens, the Director of The Handbell Choir and her ringers. This choir rehearses on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:30 PM and presents its music on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
