Holy Trinity Caregivers

Holy Trinity Caregivers was reorganized in September 2005. We are a dedicated group who, in a loving, caring, Christian way, visit with and minister to those in our congregation who are alone, ill, hospitalized, home bound, lonely or facing difficulties in their lives.
If you are interested in this ministry contacted us through the church office. Seven of our members attended the Basic Training in Pastoral Care course conducted by Episcopal Community Services but this training is not required. More training sessions will be scheduled during our monthly meetings. More Caregivers means more visitations with those who are unable to attend services at Holy Trinity.
Holy Trinity Caregivers have been blessed by the generous gift of one of our parishioners who supplies beautiful handcrafted cards that are sent to ill or shut-in members of our Parish on various occasions such as birthdays, illnesses, hospitalizations or new babies.
Through the dedication of the many knitters and crocheters of Shepherds Hands, we have assisted in the distribution of many beautiful prayer shawls. Everyone who has received a shawl has been extremely appreciative and thankful to be remembered and prayed for by fellow parishioners.
We depend on the congregation and friends of Holy Trinity to contacted us through the church office when someone would appreciate a visit or when Holy Trinity Caregivers can help.
Please remember that it is very important to contact the office to let us know if you want a regular visitor or are hospitalized or home bound.
