Lay Visitors

The mission of the lay Visitors is two fold.  First, we greet and welcome all visitors.  These normally are people affiliated with another Church who are visiting Holy Trinity for something such as a Baptism.  Second, we provide a welcome to those who are seeking to join Holy Trinity.

Visitor welcomes usually take place at the Church before or after a service.  We have a Guest Book in the Narthex for visitors to sign and let us know a little more about them.  Newcomers are usually telephoned or visited. as the case may be.  Prior to joining these folks usually have questions about Holy Trinity and its activities.A form for all newcomers is available on this web site.

All members of Holy Trinity are encouraged to meet, greet and welcome visitors and newcomers.  This may be done in the pews, at coffee hour, or after services.  Integration into the church family is a critical final step in the newcomer process.  We encourage everyone to make friends and help others become involved in or church life.
