Stewardship

Our Stewardship drive is key to the continued welfare and growth of our church.  Your pledges enable the Vestry to plan a budget for the upcoming year and your contributions support all of the programs and ministries of Holy Trinity.

Over the last 5 years we have an average operating deficit of about $25,000.  We set out this year to try to significantly reduce that deficit by :

• Increasing totoal pledging dollars by 5%
• Increasing total number of pledging units by 5%
• Increasing the number of new pledging units by 25

We met our goal of new pledging units, we nearly met our goals for the total number of pledges and the total dollars.  These results are all the more encouraging given the difficult economy and the fact that publis support for Sept. 11 related charitites have been so great.
