Hand Chimes

In the Spring of last year a new youth activity was started for kids who wanted to learn to play hand chimes.  The idea was met with great enthusiasm by 10 of our musically talented children.  We began practicing after Church Scool and made our first appearance in June at the 9 a.m. service.

Finding a practice time that does not conflict with the many activities of the children is a real challenge, but we have continued to practice and play.  Presently we are practicing on Friday nights from 6 -7:30 p.m.  The practice time includes a pizza dinner. 

In addition to playing during services at Holy Trinity, we traveled with the Hand Bell Choir to Brandywine Hall at Christmas to entertian the residents.
